Ridgelines and Good Times
There were a few hiccups trying to gain access to an area we had lined up for the weekend but luckily, Carl managed to wangle access to a private station on the East Coast. Early Saturday morning, with small digits on the mercury and heavy fog down to 4 bike length visibility at times, we made our way to the station.

Our accommodation for the night, some old shearers quarters. After stripping the gear off our bikes, we set off for an explore
After a great day on some wet slippery tracks it was back to camp and crank up a fire to keep us warm as a layer of frost grew around us and the fire that evening
The next morning was exploring more new tracks

After a couple of great days of riding, albeit far too short, we exited the station by heading up a river that linked up with a tarmac road leading home. A great way to wind up the trip
